Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Dutchess is kicking off group classes for kids ages 6 and up. Classes are offered on Fridays 4:30-5:30 p.m. There are two group classes available: Group 1 for ages 6-10; Group 2 for ages 11-16. Cost for this exciting program is $60 for four weeks. Fred Astaire has always been my inspiration!!! I grew up with his musicals because my parents truly enjoyed his talent! In fact, I won a painting contest in college with the very same picture that's used for his website. The pose with Cyd Charisse from Band Wagon, which is my favorite dance number!!! Always have & always will be greatful for his contributions which will go on & on & I'm sure he's very proud of his legacy, truly deserved!!!
